5. I am placing this order outside of Colombia. Will I be charged import taxes?

6. Will my order arrive on the date indicated on the website?

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. Shipping time is estimated and starts and begins from the moment the order is confirmed via email. It may take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or weather conditions and other external factors.

7. What happens if my order was detained by customs?

In this case, it is your duty as a buyer to contact the relevant authorities and check if you can recover the package or request its destruction. Under no circumstances will returns of packages that have been detained in customs be accepted.

8. I made a purchase. Can I request my money back?

Only in cases of right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is a right recognized by Colombian law that indicates that in all contracts for the sale of goods and provision of services through financing systems granted by the producer or supplier, sale of timeshares or sales that use non-traditional methods or remote (such as electronic commerce), which by their nature should not be consumed or have not begun to be executed within five (5) days, the consumer’s right of withdrawal will be deemed to have been agreed upon.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is used, the contract will be terminated and the money that the consumer would have paid must be refunded. The consumer must return the product to the producer or supplier by the same means and in the same conditions in which they received it. The transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the good will be covered by the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the contract in the case of the provision of services.


The following cases are excepted from the right of withdrawal:

1. In contracts for the provision of services whose provision has begun with the consumer’s agreement;
2. In contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the producer cannot control;
3. In contracts for the supply of goods made in accordance with the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
4. In contracts for the supply of goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly;
5. In betting and lottery service contracts;
6. In contracts for the acquisition of perishable goods;
7. In contracts for the acquisition of goods for personal use.


The supplier must return all amounts paid to the consumer in cash without making discounts or withholdings for any reason. In any case, the refund of the money to the consumer may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.

Please note that coffee can be a perishable food and therefore in most cases its return cannot be accepted.
Likewise in cases where it has been opened.
